Snowflake Thanks Card

December 18, 2013

Today's card was inspired by the inspiration photo over at the latest Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge (Sweet Snowflakes) and CAS-ology #75 (Knit).

I used a Zig Zag Embossing Folder (Lyfestyle Crafts) for the background because I thought it would look like knitting. The snowflakes are from Merry Christ-moose set (TSG). They were stamped in Versa Mark ink and were heat-embossed with White EP and Powder EP.

For the sentiment, I used Thanks stamp set and a matching die (Simon Says Stamps). I die-cut "thanks" twice from white & kraft cardstock, then layered them. "for all you do" was stamped onto a strip of vellam with Gingerbread ink (Versa Magic), and the stitching lines were added using a white gel pen.

I'm also entering this card to Addicted to CAS challenge #28 - Snowflakes.

Thank you for stopping by!
