MFT June Card Kit Countdown Day 1

June 20, 2016

It's the first day of the MFT June Card Kit Countdown! This month's card kit, Make a Wish, features the birthday theme - a fun stamp set & Die-namics featuring candles and birthday sentiments, a pretty 6x6 paper pack, and cheery colors of card stock and ink cubes... I'm sure that you will LOVE it!

The Make a Wish Card Kit will be available for purchase on June 21 (tomorrow) at 10 pm EST. Be sure to visit the MFT blog to see the full reveal of the kit!

For Day 1 of the Card Kit Countdown, we’re featuring "In the Box" looks – cards that feature only the items in the kit along with basic tools, shapes, and supplies.

(NOTE : The products written in boldface are included in the kit.)
I stamped the candles from the Make a Wish stamp set in Blu Raspberry, Persimmon, and Purple Rain. And I used Lemon Drop and Persimmon for the flames. Aren't those tiny hearts in the flames cute? Love it! I cut out the stamped images with the Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics and mounted it on a Purple Rain panel cut with the Circle STAX 1 Die-namcis. The patterned papers are from the Birthday Blowout Paper Pack.
The sentiment was white embossed on a Persimmon panel. I added two tiny hearts beside the sentiment, that were die cut out of Blu Raspberry and Lemon Drop CS using the Make a Wish Die-namics.

Head on over to the MFT blog for more inspiration from the other DT members participating today's Countdown!

Thank you for stopping by today. I will be back tomorrow for Day 2 of the Cad Kit Countdown. :)
