WSC 251

October 21, 2015

A new sketch challenge (WSC251) is up on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog today, and here is my take.

I pulled out Jingle All the Way stamp set and combined it with a tree from Trim the Tree stamp set.
I stamped the main panel with Sweater Stitch Background and Grout Gray  Hybrid Ink. I cut out a circle window from it using a circle die. I added a chevron patterned panel, which is from Fresh Squeezed Chevron Paper Pack, under the main panel, and matted them with a Hot Fudge panel.

The Santa and the little girl images were stamped onto the matching die-cut pieces and were colored with Copics. The tree was stamped with Sour Apple Dye ink and was embellished with several rhinestones, a pearl, and a little red bow which was die-cut with Blueprints 26. The sentiment was gold embossed on a Hot Fudge panel.

Head over to the MFT Challenge and Inspiration blog to see the original sketch and for more inspiration from the fabulous Challenge Team!
