MFT Color Challenge #40

February 25, 2016

It's fourth Thursday of the month, so it means that a new color challenge is up on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog!

Here is the color palette for the challenge #40.

These soft and pretty colors made me think of spring flowers. :)

To create my flower bouquet I used the Desert Bouquet stamp set & Die-namics, the Large Desert Bouquet stamp set & Die-namics, the Wild Greenery Die-namics, and the Layered Leaves Die-namics. The flowers were stamped in Peach Bellini, Coral Crush, and Spearmint Dye inks. The leaves were cut from Primitive White and Kraft CS.

I die-cut two Kraft frames using the Stitched Cover-Up Companion - Horizontal Die-namics and layered them for thickness. The sentiment, which is from the Delicate Pretty Poppies stamp set, was white embossed on the top frame. The polka dot paper is from Dots & Stripes Neutral Paper Pack. Several sequins (Sparkling Clear and Sand) were added to embellish the bouquet.

Head on over to the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog for the challenge details and for more inspiration!

The MFT March Release Countdown begins tomorrow!! I will share a lot of fun & cute projects with you next several days. So stay tuned!! ;)

Thank you for stopping by!
