MFT April Release Countdown Day 3

April 2, 2017

Welcome to Day 3 of the MFT April Release Countdown! Today I'm sharing a shaker card I made using the new Fresh Squeezed stamp set from Pure Innocence line.

I thought this new PI girl would look so cute with fresh colors. To create my shaker background panel, I blended some yellow and aqua inks onto watercolor paper, spritzed it with water, and cut it with the Diagonal Sentiment Strip Cover-Up Die-namics. I cut three more Diagonal Sentiment Strip Cover-Ups from Smooth White CS and layered them onto a card base. I embedded the negative die-cut pieces from the inked panel, put some sequins and baby beads as shaker elements, then added a sheet of acetate and adhered the top panel.

I colored her with Copic Markers and cut out with the matching die. The doilies behind her were cut with the Mini Delicate Doilies Die-namics. Don't they look like lemon slices? Ha ha!

The sentiment was stamped and white embossed onto a Coral Crush panel cut with a die from the Blueprints 20 Die-namics.

All the new products will be available for purchase on April 4th at 9:00 pm EDT.
Head on over to the MFT blog to see the new products revealed today and for more inspiration from the DT! Don't forget to leave a comment there for your chance to win a prize.

I'm sorry that I won't participate in the Countdown Day 2 and Day 1. I will be back on the release day to celebrate the new product launch.
Thank you for stopping by!
