Monochromatic Coloring with Watercolor Pencils - MFT Just Add Color

April 5, 2018

Today a new feature called Just Add Color starts on the MFT blog, where the DT members share some coloring inspiration with you using the new release products.

I used the Rain or Shine stamp set and tried monochromatic coloring with watercolor pencils.

I stamped the girl image on watercolor paper with Tea Dye Distress Ink and colored it in sepia tone as I wanted to get a nostalgic feel. I also drew some splashed water and added a few faux water drops around her with Glossy Accents. I added a little pink to her cheek and background so the card still has a warmness.

Make sure you visit the MFT blog to get more inspiration from the DT. :)

Thank you for stopping by!
