Stitched Blooms Card Kit Countdown Day 2

April 24, 2018

Welcome to Day 2 of the MFT Stitched Blooms Card Kit Countdown!

Today I'm sharing a sympathy card to show you another possibility of the kit.

(Note: The products written in boldface are included in the kit.)
I chose the blue tone of card stock (Blueberry, Blue Breeze, Wild Wisteria) from the kit for the flowers to get a quiet look. And I thought yellow (Lemon Chiffon) would be better than green for the leaves to keep the quietness. All the flowers were slightly curved using a stylus.
For the background panel, I used Adhesive-Backed Fabric as I wanted to add texture. The sentiment, which is from the Deepest Sympathy stamp set, was stamped with Extreme Black Hybrid Ink. I also added a Linked Chain Oval Frame cut from Kraft card stock. A few Clear Droplets were added to finish off the card.

The Stitched Blooms Card Kit will be available for purchase on April 24 at 9 PM EDT.
Head on over to the MFT blog to see the full reveal of the kit and for more inspiration from the DT.
Thank you for stopping by!

  5. さわやかなブルーのお花のカード!葉っぱの色をレモンシフォンにされたのが素敵ですね!背景を布地にされたり、花に少し丸みをつけたり、いつも細かい所まで気を配って作られているのを尊敬しています。 くまこ
